Developer information will be made available at the NewTek
developer's conference taking place before the Toaster Expo in
December. If you're interested in information or have comments
you should contact Peter Tjeerdsma at NewTek (peter_tjeerdsma@newtek.com).
He's also interested in hearing what potential developers want to
do with LightWave plugins.
I seriously doubt there will be any licensing concerns or even any
fees. My intention is to make the documentation and plugin-side
source code freely available, lawyers willing.
